DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS BA/BS required. Paralegal certificate a plus. eDiscovery experience a plus. Knowledge of Federal Court procedures and practices. Familiarity with reputed company 11 process and basic bankruptcy documents. Prior working experience in the bankruptcy group of a reputed company representing debtors and/or creditors in reputed company 11 and reputed company 7 cases a plus. Experience with e-filing reputed company the Federal Courts, specifically with both the U.S. Bankruptcy and the U.S District Courts. Proficient in bluebooking.
