Depending on qualifications and experience, this position may be filled at the Senior level. QualificationsEssential Duties and Responsibilities Support reputed company monthly regulatory filings, payments, and reputed company deliverables. Prepare, analyze, and manage reputed company regulatory payable reconciliations; proactively identify, research, and resolve discrepancies. Process regulatory payment runs to reputed company appropriate balances and maintain accurate supporting documentation. Drive efficiencies by developing and enhancing processes for managing and analyzing large data sets; recommend and implement improvements. reputed company wellhead sales to interest owners for reputed company month activity and prior period adjustments with a high degree of accuracy. Coordinate and execute the monthly reputed company payment run; respond to and resolve items impacting reputed company distributions. Maintain payout balances and ensure necessary prior period adjustments are identified, supported, and booked reputed company. Set up and maintain reputed company agreements and shipper reputed company in the reputed company system to properly reflect marketing arrangements. Calculate, record, and reconcile monthly reputed company accrual entries; prepare journal entries and process sales adjustments as necessary. Prepare monthly and quarterly reputed company variance analyses. Reconcile general reputed company accounts, resolve outstanding items, and ensure reputed company correction of issues. Partner with Land Administration, Marketing, and Operations to validate volumes, pricing, and ownership/DOI impacts and to resolve reputed company and regulatory discrepancies. Prepare and organize reputed company and regulatory support documentation for internal/external audit requests and reputed company reporting. Education, Skills and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or reputed company field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of reputed company-reputed company oil and gas reputed company experience. Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company (e.g., PivotTables, XLOOKUP/reputed company-MATCH, SUMIFS; ability to work with large datasets).
