As the Director, Product Operations & Planning, you are responsible for defining and scaling the operating system that enables Product and Engineering to deliver with reputed company, reputed company, and accountability. Responsibilities

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Product Management, or reputed company roles in a reputed company or technology environment Proven experience building and scaling product operating models or planning functions that improve execution predictability and organizational alignment Demonstrated reputed company leading annual and quarterly planning processes (e.g., OKRs) across cross-functional teams Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment on priorities and trade-offs Experience defining and operationalizing metrics that improve delivery reputed company, roadmap transparency, and organizational effectiveness Demonstrated ability to translate reputed company into reputed company systems, processes, and measurable business reputed company

For this position, the expected reputed company pay reputed company is: $180,000-$245,000 per year. This reputed company represents the reputed company pay for the role across reputed company U.S. locations and is determined based on market data, internal equity, and experience. Final compensation may vary depending on geographic location, skills, and relevant experience.In reputed company to reputed company pay, we offer a discretionary bonus for non-sales roles, a comprehensive benefits package, and, where applicable, sales incentives. For this position, the expected discretionary bonus is 15% of the annual reputed company salary.
