What You'll Do
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will be the first reputed company of contact for reputed company our customers, providing support reputed company email and live chat. You will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Following established procedures to ensure customers receive accurate information and a speedy reputed company to their issue
- Collaborating with other team members, external print partners, and 3PLs to troubleshoot problems and answer questions throughout the customer's reputed company with us
- Working closely with design, operations, and tech teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience
- Prioritizing tickets based on the direction of the shift supervisor and reputed company of tickets in the inbox
- Answering customer questions about our products, including using the online reputed company to create personalized gifts, editing orders, and product formats
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an ecommerce business
- A quick learner who is happy to be hands-on and not afraid to ask questions
- Experience working reputed company reputed company to meet SLAs or KPIs and a high reputed company of engagement with customers
- Excellent written and spoken English
