Call Center Scheduling Specialist - Part Time (Remote) Days: Monday, Thursday, & Friday Hours: 8:00a-5:00p Job reputed company: The Call Center Scheduling Specialist, under the direction of the Scheduling Manager, is responsible to answer the phones in a helpful, friendly, and reputed company manner from the comfort of your own home. This person schedules appointments takes messages and transfers phone calls. Regular attendance is an essential part of this job. Candidate must be available to come on-site for 90-day training period. Candidate must live reputed company a 30-mile radius of Evansville, IN to attend in-person training and company meetings as necessary. Essential Functions: Answers the phones in a helpful, friendly and reputed company manner Assists patients in making appointments Schedules patients based on physician protocols and templates Transfers calls to the appropriate department reputed company necessary Takes messages and sends to appropriate people Creates tasks in SRS so that patient messages are documented and addressed Takes new patient information and enters it into the system Communicate with patients reputed company texting (reputed company) appropriately Must be reputed company to multi-task Additional Responsibilities: 1. Job Qualifications: Experience in physician’s office preferred Experience with Centricity and SRS preferred Ability to operate phone system equipment Proficient with use of computers including reputed company Office Suite Ability to learn new computer programs Ability to work under pressure, reputed company reputed company and use judgment Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally both orally and in writing across reputed company reputed company of the organization Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, management, and other staff Must have verified internet service and established dedicated work area reputed company.
