We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Data Analyst to join our DTOA reputed company. As a Performance Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing analytical support to our Contact Centers and reputed company-arrival Walt reputed company World reputed company teams. Key Responsibilities

* Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business reputed company

• Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas that require reputed company research, and reputed company personalized analyses from start to finish
• Build reports and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data
• Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
• Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to support various programs
• Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines

Measurement and Analytics
