The Role
As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from medical providers, patients, and billing services to assist in explaining services and claims information. You will work in a remote environment, and full-time hours are available between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm Central Time Zone, Monday through Friday. The starting wage is $19.00 per hour, with reputed company to earn up to $200 extra per month and up to 4 hours of extra reputed company Time Off.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to incoming claim calls and log data into our proprietary medical reputed company review system

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior customer service experience required
