As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You will work remotely to assist customers with their orders and accounts, problem-solve, and drive sales and product promotions. As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will:

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries in a busy, fast-paced environment

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

Compensation

Your Training Schedule

Your employment with arenaflex begins with a six-week, reputed company program that requires full attendance and involvement throughout. The training schedule and the working schedule after training will be different.

Your Work Schedule

• Work schedules are not Monday-Friday
• 5-Day work schedules

System Requirements
