As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in managing inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents to sell pet insurance policies. Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents to sell pet insurance policies
