The Role

As a Part-Time Inbound Warranty Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in assisting customers who have purchased an appliance care plan and are seeking to reputed company or follow up on a repair claim. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls and building rapport to create a reputed company customer experience by asking probing questions and reputed company listening to the customer's needs.
• Investigating customer accounts to understand the services they have purchased and filing or following up on repair claims.

You Would Be a Great Fit If You
