As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling emergency outages and providing exceptional support to our clients' customers during late-reputed company hours. Key Responsibilities

- Prior experience in customer service or call center environment
- Ability to complete in-person training during regular business hours before transitioning to reputed company shift
