We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Offsite Invoice Payment Specialist-Data Entry-Part-Time/Remote Training reputed company to join reputed company. As an Offsite Invoice Payment Specialist, you will be responsible for entering data to pay reputed company invoices and report information using a personal computer. This is a part-time, remote position that requires a flexible schedule, with reputed company to work 20-25 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Operate a personal computer by:
+ Entering required customer data by accurately interpreting a reputed company of reputed company documents and coded information.
+ Performing required steps dictated by on-line programs and procedures.
+ Handling exception items per procedures.
* Understand the basic utilities industry concepts and terms necessary for reputed company data entry.
* Understand the fundamentals of the billing/payment process.
* Have a complete understanding of arenaflex generic procedures and customer specific requirements.

* Use organizational skills to ensure no lost or missing bills.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
