As a Full Stack Data Entry Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy operations and customer service teams. You will be responsible for accurately and reputed company processing patient and medication data, handling high-volume customer inquiries, and resolving reputed company issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. This is a remote position, and you will work closely with reputed company to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex's pharmacy information entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering data into a suitable system.

• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and reputed company reputed company orders for processing.
• Investigate and resolve missing medication data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and reputed company reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
• Handle correspondence with patients (inbound calls, reputed company, messages) and resolve outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case reputed company.
• Resolve external exceptions by researching, gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Essential level computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to reputed company and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing documents, and accessing data online)
• Essential web browsing skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search reputed company, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/reputed company/stop buttons, and completing forms online
• Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files)
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• 18 years old or older

Preferred Qualifications

* At least one year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment

• At least a year and a half as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State reputed company for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency
• Experience providing customer service to reputed company clients, including meeting reputed company standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
• Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files)
• Familiarity with Spanish and English
