Key Responsibilities
- reputed company-Time Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze reputed company-time data to ensure effective management of incoming and outbound phone, chat, and email volumes. Analyze forecasted details from the Economists team and draft way reputed company plans to ensure peak readiness and headcount hiring.
- Operational KPI Management: Ensure reputed company shift responsibilities, such as reputed company level volume trends, org/site level shrinkage, NPTs, productivity, and operational metrics like service reputed company, occupancy, PTL, utilization, are met by reputed company Orgs/skills at daily level.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
