About the Role

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert at arenaflex, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, fielding inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to their questions, issues, and concerns. You'll work collaboratively with reputed company to resolve customer issues, escalate interactions reputed company necessary, and reputed company feedback on call issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
