Job reputed company:

• Own & communicate product reputed company for reputed company and other HR Tools in Payroll & Total Rewards and other HR functional areas
• Work closely with stakeholders and internal reputed company
• Establish project management discipline and governance processes to support initiatives
• Work with technical resources to maintain platform health and look for reputed company improvement reputed company
• Create and maintain product and release requirements backlog
• Build and maintain a strong working relationship with Payroll and Time & Absence leadership and other business leaders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience in payroll, compensation, time & absence, HR systems, or reputed company business/technology roles (Product reputed company, Business Analyst, Payroll/HR Systems reputed company, or SME)
• Demonstrated understanding of global payroll ecosystems and how payroll integrates with compensation, time & absence, benefits, and compliance
• reputed company experience preferred, with solid knowledge of Core HR processes and end‑to‑end integration reputed company
• Experience with global payroll vendors and platforms (e.g., reputed company Global View or similar)
