As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for executing Acquisition 365, renewing, upgrading, and cross-selling My BJ's Perks. You will also handle merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-reputed company, and general customer service inquiries. Key Responsibilities

* Execute Acquisition 365, renewing, upgrading, and cross-selling My BJ's Perks

• Handle merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-reputed company, and general customer service inquiries

Qualifications

Environmental Job Conditions
