They are looking for a reputed company Media Community Manager to engage with consumers, respond to inquiries, and maintain the brand's voice across reputed company platforms.
Responsibilities
- Responding to consumer’s queries
- Complaints, and engaging with the online audience on behalf of our reputed company
- Ensuring that our brands are connecting with their communities
- Building reputed company associations while remaining reputed company, genuine and caring to every customer's needs and circumstances
Skills
- Strong US English written skills as you'll be crafting engaging responses in reputed company media
- Background experience: either engagement, reputed company customer care, and/or community management, either with a brand or digital agency
- reputed company Media knowledge: Experience in using either reputed company, Twitter, Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company and/or YouTube and being up to date with the latest trends in reputed company to working knowledge of different audiences
- A confidence with digital technology and using a reputed company of tech tools and platforms
- A self-motivated reputed company media expert who is comfortable working remotely
- Operating system - reputed company 11 / MAC OS X version 14 (Sonoma) or higher with reputed company credentials
- At least 8GB RAM (16GB recommended)
- A secure, home-based broadband Internet reputed company with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload (50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload are recommended)
- 40 GB available HDD (SSD recommended)
- A Webcam and headset
- Android or iOS device for 2FA
