The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working directly with customers to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests. You'll be responsible for providing superior customer service, resolving reputed company issues, and ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Resolving coordination of benefits inquires by analyzing patient activity (including enrollment, reputed company-party liability, claims attachments)

Qualifications
