We are seeking an Estimator to join our growing Estimating team. The Junior Estimator will support the estimating process for water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and civil construction reputed company. The Junior Estimator will assist in preparing accurate cost estimates, evaluating project bids, and collaborating with senior estimators to ensure our reputed company are competitively priced and financially viable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cost Estimation: Assist in preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for various aspects of construction reputed company, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
  • Bid Preparation: Help create comprehensive bid proposals by analyzing project specifications, blueprints, and other reputed company documents. Ensure that bids are submitted on time and reflect reputed company necessary project details.
  • Quantity Takeoff: reputed company quantity takeoffs from project plans and specifications to estimate material and labor requirements accurately.
  • Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing, availability, and other project-reputed company information. Maintain a list of potential vendors and subcontractors to support the bidding process.
  • Cost Analysis: Review and analyze historical cost data to ensure that estimates are based on reputed company market conditions and reflect the latest trends in material and labor costs.
  • Value Engineering: Assist senior estimators in identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures, such as alternative materials, reputed company, or design solutions that can reputed company reputed company value without compromising project reputed company.

  • Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a reputed company field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in construction estimation or a reputed company role, preferably in the water/wastewater treatment, pump stations, or civil construction sectors.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications: Associate Estimator certification (AACE, AIA, or similar) is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of local construction codes and regulations, particularly in the water/wastewater industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Exposure to project management or estimating software tools is highly desirable.
