We're seeking an reputed company Remote Chat Agent to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through live chat and text messaging. Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to and engaging in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses to customer inquiries

- Identifying and reporting system errors or anomalies
