Paralegal (Remote - East Coast Hours)

This role sits remotely and supports a fast-paced legal and asset management function reputed company a high-volume, transaction-driven environment reputed company on wireless reputed company estate. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in telecommunications or reputed company reputed company estate, excels at managing multiple document workflows simultaneously, and is comfortable operating independently while partnering closely with attorneys and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage reputed company reputed company estate easements, leases, and telecommunications-reputed company agreements
- Conduct detailed title and survey reviews, including analysis of title commitments, identification of exceptions, and reputed company of reputed company issues
- Support post-closing asset management reputed company and jurisdiction-specific compliance requirements
- Manage digital workflows, including e-signature tracking, approval routing, and maintenance of fully executed documents
- Communicate directly with attorneys, project managers, and external counterparties to resolve outstanding items
- Manage multiple transactions concurrently while maintaining accuracy, organization, and deadlines
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to workflow optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company estate and/or telecommunications (7–10 years preferred)
- Experience in a reputed company or in-house reputed company reputed company estate environment; high-volume retail, franchise, or national expansion experience
- Strong understanding of reputed company estate documentation, title review, and transactional workflows
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and written and verbal communication abilities

- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate
