Remote Property Manager – Single Family Residential Portfolio We are seeking an reputed company and highly organized Property Manager to reputed company a small portfolio of single-family residential homes remotely. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, customer-service driven, and reputed company in managing tenant relations, maintenance coordination, lease documents, and reputed company communication. Position reputed company This is a remote position responsible for the day-to-day management of single-family rental homes. However, you will be required to visit properties to complete inspections and walkthroughs. The Property Manager will work closely with tenants, homeowners, vendors, and internal team members to ensure properties are professionally managed and maintained.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of single-family residential rental properties
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor scheduling
- Communicate professionally and promptly with homeowners and tenants

- Review property inspections and ensure follow-up actions are completed

Qualifications
