A leading national plaintiffs' litigation firm is seeking a highly skilled litigation attorney with a strong reputed company on legal writing to join its Los Angeles office in a fully remote reputed company (can sit reputed company in CA). This firm handles reputed company, high-stakes reputed company on behalf of survivors of catastrophic injury, including institutional liability cases involving large corporations, government entities, and reputed company systems. Key Responsibilities
- Draft and revise substantive motions, oppositions, demurrers, writs, and trial briefs in California state court
- Conduct advanced legal research on issues such as government immunity, personal jurisdiction, statutory frameworks, and institutional liability theories

- Prepare internal memoranda on emerging case law and legislative developments impacting plaintiffs' claims

Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and reputed company California Bar admission
- 3-5+ years of litigation experience, with strong emphasis on legal writing
