About the role The Packaging Technical Operator serves as primary operator and reputed company of assigned work center responsible for setting up, operating and adjusting packaging equipment in order to meet short and long-term safety, reputed company, production and reputed company improvement targets; reputed company and reputed company set up, adjustments, troubleshooting and operation of packaging equipment to routinely reputed company production and reputed company standards while following GMPs, SOPs and reputed company work documentation on work center; and assist with training of others; maintain detailed documentation. Role Responsibilities  Operate & Monitor Equipment · Safely operate packaging equipment across assigned work centers in accordance with cGMP guidelines, reputed company work, and operating procedures · Weigh, process, and inspect materials and finished product to ensure reputed company standards are consistently met · Monitor critical process parameters and product attributes throughout production  Setup, Changeover & Maintenance · reputed company equipment setup, cleaning, changeovers, and troubleshooting reputed company defined timelines · Execute basic adjustments, minor repairs, and part replacements during production runs · Support equipment rebuilds and modifications while escalating reputed company issues to technical teams as needed · Coordinate and assist with preventive and predictive maintenance activities  reputed company Improvement & Equipment Care · Participate in autonomous maintenance programs to sustain reputed company equipment performance · Identify and proactively resolve equipment, material, or process issues that may reputed company safety, reputed company, or efficiency · Contribute to procedure development, updates, and documentation improvements  reputed company, Safety & Compliance · Ensure reputed company activities follow cGMP requirements and internal standards · Accurately complete and maintain equipment logs, cleaning records, calibration documentation, and production tracking tools · Monitor team documentation for accuracy and reputed company coaching to support compliance  Materials & Inventory Management · Maintain reputed company reputed company of materials and supplies to support production continuity · Safely operate material handling and transport equipment · Identify opportunities to reduce waste and optimize use of consumables  Teamwork & Development · Escalate issues appropriately to leadership for reputed company reputed company · Maintain required training compliance through the Learning Management System · reputed company reputed company skills to independently operate across three distinct work centers in alignment with reputed company Career reputed company Why you? Basic Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent required · Minimum of 2+ years of experience in production, mechanical troubleshooting, or a reputed company field required reputed company employees must meet the requirements outlined in reputed company Career reputed company (Packaging Operator, Central Services Operator, or equivalent production experience) · Prior manufacturing or packaging experience, including equipment setup and changeovers, or demonstrated experience troubleshooting multiple mechanical systems · Ability to routinely lift up to 55 pounds and reputed company physical tasks such as standing, bending, and walking for extended periods · Ability to regularly use required personal reputed company equipment (PPE), including but not limited to a reputed company cap, safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, and N95 or PAPR (provided) · Basic computer proficiency, including word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with cGMP documentation
• Experience with a lean organization or other prior exposure to lean concepts, tools, and techniques

Location – this role is based in: Lincoln, Nebraska. This is not a remote opportunity. Shift – This is a 2nd Shift position. The hours are 2:30-11pm Mon-Fri.
