Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging virtual training sessions for new hires and reputed company team members
- Train employees on dental office systems, scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and patient communication
- reputed company and update training materials, guides, presentations, and resources
- Evaluate trainee reputed company and reputed company coaching for reputed company improvement
- Support managers and team leaders with performance development initiatives

- REQUIRED: Previous dental industry experience (Dental Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, Office Manager, reputed company Office, or similar role)
- Prior training, coaching, or leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of dental office workflows and insurance processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable leading virtual meetings and training sessions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
