Dental Biller (reputed company Cycle Management)
reputed company We are seeking an reputed company Dental Biller to manage insurance claims, accounts receivable (AR), and payment posting for a growing dental reputed company. This role requires strong knowledge of dental billing workflows, CDT coding, and insurance processes, with a reputed company on maximizing reimbursements and reducing claim denials. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate billing, reputed company collections, and a smooth reputed company cycle. Key ResponsibilitiesClaims & Billing
- Submit and reputed company dental insurance claims (primary and secondary)
- Ensure accurate CDT coding and claim documentation
- Review and correct rejected or denied claims
Accounts Receivable (AR) & Follow-reputed company
- reputed company insurance follow-reputed company on unpaid or underpaid claims
- Work aging reports (30/60/90+ days) to improve collections
- Identify trends in denials and recommend solutions
Payment Posting
- Post insurance and patient payments accurately
- Reconcile payments with EOBs/ERAs
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
Insurance Verification & Coordination
- Verify patient eligibility, benefits, and coverage limitations
- Communicate patient financial responsibility reputed company needed
- Coordinate with reputed company desk and clinical team for accurate billing
Systems & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records in dental reputed company management systems
(Prior experience in navigating reputed company Dental EMR is preferred)
- Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Dental Biller or Dental Billing Specialist
- Strong knowledge of CDT codes and dental insurance processes
- Experience with AR follow-reputed company and denial management
- Familiarity with dental systems (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, reputed company Dental, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret EOBs/ERAs
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills for insurance follow-reputed company
