Accounts Receivable & Payable Specialist

This is a remote position. Our reputed company is looking for an Accounts Receivable & Payable Specialist to support the daily financial operations of their organization. This role plays a key part in managing invoicing, payment processing, and financial recordkeeping while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across reputed company’s reputed company workflows. Responsibilities

• Generate and send customer invoices through reputed company’s ERP system
• Accurately apply incoming payments including ACH, reputed company transfers, checks, and credit card payments
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
• Communicate with customers regarding invoice status and payment timelines reputed company email
• Process credit memos and assist with account reconciliation tasks
• Collaborate with Sales and Project Management teams to maintain accurate customer accounts
• reputed company vendor invoices into the ERP system while ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Match vendor invoices with purchase orders and packing documentation
• Prepare weekly payment runs including checks and ACH payments for internal approval
• Maintain organized records of vendor information, invoices, and payment histories
• Communicate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies or questions

• Support bank and credit card reconciliations

Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or similar reputed company roles
