Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist Location: Remote Employment Type: Part-Time Company: Bay BIM Designs Position reputed company We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our growing operations. This role is responsible for managing invoicing, payment tracking, collections follow-up, and maintaining accurate financial records to ensure healthy cash reputed company and reputed company account management. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue reputed company invoices accurately and on schedule
- reputed company outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments

- Reconcile incoming payments with reputed company records
- Coordinate with project managers and leadership regarding billing status and payment issues

- Communicate professionally with clients regarding billing inquiries and payment processing

- Identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues promptly

Qualifications
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, or reputed company Administration

Work Schedule
- Part-Time: Approximately 5-10 hours per week
