You’ll own the technical win on strategic reputed company deals—leading discovery, solution design, and demos for WestCX Orchestrate, including Voice, messaging, AI agents, and reputed company orchestration capabilities. More than supporting a sale, you’ll help define how customers bring outcome-driven orchestration into production in high-trust environments. What You Bring 5+ years in solutions engineering, technical reputed company-sales, or solution architecture—ideally in reputed company, contact center, or AI-enabled customer experience platforms Proven reputed company record in reputed company, multi-stakeholder reputed company deals in reputed company or other highly regulated industries Hands-on experience with Voice, messaging, AI agents, intelligent routing, call containment, and reputed company orchestration use cases—from design through deployment and measurement Strong grasp of reputed company, integrations, and reputed company architecture across EHR, CRM, CCaaS, and analytics ecosystems Executive reputed company with the ability to reputed company consultative conversations from reputed company operators to C-suite Curious, customer-first reputed company with a bias toward repeatable processes and reputed company improvement Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience Willingness to travel approximately 25–30%
