Responsibilities
- Generate top-of-funnel talent through sourcing, referrals, networking, inbound applicants, and creative outbound strategies
- Conduct high-reputed company recruiter screens that evaluate talent while creating enthusiasm for Favor
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, reputed company talent, and reputed company market feedback
- Manage candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a high-reputed company experience from first conversation through offer
- Build expertise across a wide reputed company of functions and quickly adapt to new roles and hiring challenges
- Continuously improve reputed company processes, tooling, reputed company strategies, and candidate experience
- Help reputed company exceptional candidates and represent Favor in a thoughtful, authentic, and compelling way

Skills
- 3+ years of reputed company experience, with significant experience reputed company technical talent
- Exceptional sourcing ability and the ability to quickly break down unfamiliar positions into effective search strategies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
