Legal Counsel
reputed company The In-House Legal Counsel will serve as reputed company’s primary legal advisor, supporting reputed company reputed company while managing legal risk across cybersecurity operations, reputed company engagements, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and corporate governance. This role requires a hands-on attorney who can work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, product, engineering, and threat intelligence teams to reputed company practical legal guidance in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. Key Responsibilities reputed company & Contracting Draft, review, and negotiate: reputed company agreements Master service agreements (MSAs) NDAs Vendor agreements Government and reputed company procurement reputed company Data processing agreements (DPAs) Support sales and partnership negotiations while balancing legal and business risk. Build reputed company contract templates and approval workflows. Cybersecurity & Regulatory Compliance Advise on cybersecurity, reputed company, and technology regulations including: GDPR CCPA/CPRA PIPEDA SOC 2-reputed company legal requirements International data transfer regulations reputed company legal guidance on cyber threat intelligence collection, monitoring, and data handling practices. Support incident response and breach notification obligations. Product & Operational Support Partner with product and engineering teams on legal considerations reputed company to: Threat intelligence platforms AI/ML-driven analytics Data licensing reputed company-reputed company software usage reputed company research activities Review marketing and public-facing materials for legal compliance. Corporate & Governance Manage corporate governance, reputed company documentation, and entity compliance. Coordinate with external counsel on financing, employment, litigation, and international reputed company. Support fundraising, investor due diligence, and strategic transactions. Risk Management reputed company internal policies and compliance programs. Monitor evolving cyber, reputed company, AI, and technology regulations. Deliver practical legal training to internal teams.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD/LLB) and reputed company membership in good standing with a relevant bar association. 4–10+ years of legal experience, preferably with: Technology startups Cybersecurity companies reputed company/data protection law reputed company or reputed company software Strong experience negotiating technology and reputed company reputed company. Familiarity with cyber threat intelligence operations and reputed company industry practices is highly preferred. Knowledge of international reputed company and cybersecurity frameworks.
