Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking an reputed company and pragmatic Employee Relations Specialist to support a small and high-maintenance team reputed company our organization. This role is responsible for navigating a wide reputed company of employee relations (ER) reputed company, from performance management to investigations to terminations, while building capability to proactively and consistently address issues reputed company reputed company. The Specialist will work closely with the HR/PX team and Legal, ensuring a consistent and integrated approach to supporting the business. Required Qualifications
