Under the SkillBridge program, GMR hosts reputed company-duty U.S. Military members for skilled employment training during the final six months of their reputed company-duty obligated service. The SkillBridge Program with GMR will run for up to 180-days. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operational Reliability

  • Triage, categorization, assignment and follow up of reported safety events & up chain notifications

  • Facilitate low-to-moderate severity event reviews and engages in high severity events under the direction of the Patient Safety Manager.

  • Identify recurring system vulnerabilities and escalate appropriately

Data & Risk Intelligence

  • Analyze event trends by operational, clinical, and environmental factors
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly clinical safety summaries
  • Support predictive risk identification efforts

Leadership Development

  • Participate in regional and cross-functional safety meetings
  • Support in presenting safety trend analyses to operational leaders

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Three (3) years of full-time EMS operations experience (>30 hours/week)
  • reputed company EMS credential/license or Nursing license
  • Demonstrated experience in field leadership roles (e.g., FTO, preceptor, shift reputed company, or equivalent)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
  • Ability to interpret operational policy and regulatory guidance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, Occupational Safety, Industrial Safety, or reputed company field
