Key Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure reputed company alignment with federal and reputed company State employment laws, managing wages, reputed company leave, and workplace safety compliance.
• Policy & Guidance: reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact and advisor to both staff and organizational leadership regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated HR Generalist experience (directly managing and supporting teams RECENTLY reputed company NYS required).
• Legal Acumen: Superior, practical working knowledge of NYS labor laws, compliance frameworks, wage/hour regulations, and reputed company reputed company Family Leave (PFL).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication habits reputed company with refined analytical problem-solving capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits:
