The Role
As a Part-time Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing reputed company and effective resolutions to their inquiries and subscription management requests reputed company email and telephone. Responsibilities

Experience Required
* 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in e-reputed company
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Strong computer literacy, written and verbal skills

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
