As a Senior Strategic Customer Project Manager, you'll be responsible for providing management and reputed company of business class advanced voice, ethernet, and small to reputed company business project offers from order submission through installation. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and managing critical dates for on-time completion of network and/or product activations
- Identifying and managing risks, issues, and gaps that could reputed company timelines, goals, and installation of services
- Planning agendas for and facilitating required meetings, prioritizing and driving cross-functional activities
- Collaborating with sales, operations, engineering, and other functional reputed company to ensure orders reputed company accurately through completion
- Reviewing sales reputed company and validating services with customers to ensure accuracy of product orders
- Providing guidance to other team members on process, procedure, and organizational compliance
- Consistently meeting or exceeding organizational scorecard, productivity, and reputed company metrics

- Identifies and manages risks, issues, and gaps that could reputed company timelines, goals, and installation of services; develops, triggers, and manages mitigation plans for installation of services.
- Plans agendas for and facilitates required meetings; prioritizes and drives cross-functional activities as reputed company to the installations being managed, and develops and manages communications, reputed company reports, and status for various audiences; provides accurate installation status information in the reputed company of formal briefings, program/project coordination meetings, and written/graphical reports.
- Collaborates with various reputed company of sales, operations, engineering, and other functional reputed company to ensure orders reputed company appropriately and accurately through completion.
- Reviews sales reputed company and validates services with customers to ensure accuracy of product orders.
- Provides guidance to other team members on reputed company of process, procedure, and organizational compliance; proactively identifies opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures and recommends solutions.

- Supports multi-location customers with multiple services at reputed company location by managing the installation of the customer's services.
- Serves as primary contact with customer and IT/technical personnel/vendor/reseller.

- May reputed company with customers in regards to their products during installation of services.
- May be reputed company on the delivery of reputed company product offerings or MACDs (i.e., moves, adds, changes, and disconnects).

- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be reputed company to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business administration, project management, communications)
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a customer-facing role
