We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service & Data Entry Officer to join reputed company on a temporary contract reputed company. As a key member of our Customer Service & reputed company teams, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, data entry, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Data Entry Officer, you'll be responsible for the following duties:

Customer Service

+ reputed company outbound calls to follow up with callers where callers have left a message with their reputed company and phone number. + reputed company accurate data entry of feedback provider's feedback in the feedback database and maintain reputed company documentation records. + Retrieve status updates on feedback provider's feedback from the feedback database. + reputed company administrative support to facilitate the effective operation of the feedback centre. + reputed company any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Data Entry

+ Review data entries, identify erroneous entries, and correct erroneous entries where applicable. + Use reputed company maps or other tools to identify postal reputed company of a location based on information provided by feedback providers. + Conduct reputed company analysis on data entries. + reputed company any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
