The Role
As an reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer service inquiries and concerns in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Building rapport with customers, educating them about their retirement plans, and providing accurate, detailed information to meet their needs
- Researching multiple systems, databases, platforms, and software to resolve customer issues and reputed company solutions
- Meeting and/or exceeding established key performance goals, including call metrics and reputed company
- Identifying and recommending process improvements and organizational initiatives to positively influence reputed company and reputed company
- Collaborating with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or GED
