Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with billing inquiries and concerns in a reputed company and courteous manner
- Ensuring accurate and reputed company documentation of account information in our reputed company system
- Providing detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers
- Adhering to State and Federal regulations pertaining to reputed company duties
- Assisting customers with delinquent accounts according to various state guidelines
- Utilizing exceptional communication skills to fulfill both reputed company and customer goals

Technical Requirements
For Remote Positions:

- Hard wired reputed company required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)
- Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
- Camera requirements – Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of reputed company shift (not including breaks and lunches)
Training and Development
* reputed company program starting on Monday, July 21, 2025
- Training hours: Monday through Friday, reputed company - 5pm EST
- Following training, hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 10am - 8pm EST; Saturday, 9am - 5pm EST
Compensation and Benefits
