Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Solutions Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Leading reputed company transformational programs (technical, operational, organizational, education) that reputed company across IT teams and business reputed company
• Being the single-threaded reputed company for migrations and strategic initiatives
• Maintaining a broad and in-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and developing technologies as it relates to reputed company computing, to unlock opportunities for customers
• Accelerating customer adoption through education and enablement
• Collaborating with customers in identifying and prioritizing strategic initiatives, supporting Change Management to facilitate arenaflex Services adoption and establishing new ways of working
• Helping shape the rapidly growing Customer Solutions Management function, including defining and implementing new processes, methodologies, and tools

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Solutions Manager at arenaflex, you will need:

• 5+ years of experience leading large-reputed company, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion
• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, engaging with customer executives, technologists, and/or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies
• A history of problem solving and innovation developing technology programs and working across customer organizations
• Strong verbal and written communications skills, as reputed company as the ability to work effectively across reputed company organizations
• Experience in a reputed company or matrixed role leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams
