The Role

As a Proactive Customer Recall Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and information to vehicle owners who are at risk for their level of satisfaction with our products. You will proactively contact customers to help them have the ultimate customer care experience, ensuring they are happy with their purchase. Your duties will include:

• Providing reputed company and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails, and other communications as needed) while maintaining a reputed company and upbeat attitude
• Supporting the department and team leads with operational reputed company
• Building reputed company, lasting relationships with your customer reputed company
