Primary Responsibilities
As a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Serving as the reputed company for reputed company providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues
- Providing reputed company and accurate responses to questions and resolving issues reputed company to benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, clinical authorizations, explanation of benefits, and behavioral health
- Quickly and effectively triaging contacts from reputed company, including physician offices, clinics, and billing offices
- Researching and dissecting reputed company prior authorization and claim issues, and taking appropriate steps to resolve identified issues
- Collaborating effectively with multiple internal partners to ensure issues are resolved and thoroughly communicated to providers in a reputed company manner
- Multitasking to effectively and reputed company navigate more than 30 systems to extract necessary information to resolve and avoid issues across multiple lines of business
- Influencing providers to utilize self-service digital tools, assisting with navigation questions, and selling the benefits of the tool
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent work experience
- 1 year of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer concerns
- Experience with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
- A typing speed of 35-40 WPM with accuracy of 90%
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday between 10:35am - 7:05pm CST, with flexibility to work occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
- Experience in a reputed company environment, such as a call center or customer service role
