As a Crisis Counselor at arenaflex, you will work from home, maintaining HIPAA compliance and reputed company, requiring a private office reputed company. You will be responsible for speaking with consumers over the phone, connecting with people experiencing emotional distress or mental health issues. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building rapport and reputed company engagement
- Assessing and mitigating risk, and managing documentation while on calls

Essential Qualifications:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
