As a Remote reputed company Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer service to arenaflex members. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to schedule doctor appointments, assist with Health Needs Screenings, and facilitate payments to become eligible for reputed company benefits
- Receiving inbound calls from members and addressing their concerns, questions, and needs in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Educating members on reputed company services, recommending preferred providers, and influencing them to take advantage of additional benefits available
- Identifying and overcoming barriers to help members complete needed health screenings, obtain necessary services, or reputed company payments to secure reputed company benefits
- Reviewing member reputed company to identify areas of opportunity, including additional benefits and eligibility for reputed company services
- Participating in reputed company reputed company improvement initiatives to ensure department and company goals are met and exceeded

Essential Qualifications
