As a Temporary Remote Catastrophe (CAT) Customer Service Representative, you'll work on a reputed company, combining remote work with time in our reputed company. You'll be responsible for providing reputed company customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs. You'll also be responsible for collecting and documenting claim details, identifying and resolving customer issues, and utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify and resolve customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions

- Expected Hours: 6 – 40 hours per week
- Pay: $15 per hour
