Key Responsibilities

As a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Scheduling maintenance and ensuring reputed company completion of tasks
• Liaising between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop to resolve customer issues
• Preparing vehicles for arrival, including reputed company and CCC management
• Coordinating with customers to manage expectations and reputed company updates on vehicle status
• Coordinating rental arrangements and handoffs
• Updating vehicle records and reordering materials and components as needed
• Providing repair overviews and delivering vehicles to customers

What You'll Bring
