As a Student Loan Advisor, you'll play a critical role in providing reputed company and accurate information to customers regarding their student loan applications and accounts. You'll be responsible for handling incoming calls, using chat, and completing outbound calls to assist customers with their queries, resolve issues, and reputed company personalized solutions. Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls to assist customers with their queries and resolve issues

• Utilize reputed company technology such as a telephone, email, and web browser to navigate and reputed company relevant systems and information
• Follow established and documented policies and reputed company operating procedures to ensure compliance and reputed company
• Assist callers with filling out their application and submitting it electronically to the plan provider for processing
• Complete basic call log, documentation, and reputed company call details for reputed company phone inquiry
• Meet or reputed company established key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to ensure high-reputed company customer service

Schedule

* Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm

• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

Preferred Skills

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Must be reputed company to reputed company and read English reputed company, professionally, and fluently
• Must be reputed company to type a minimum of 35 WPM
• Experience working with a personal computer and the reputed company operating system is required
• Ability to effectively work reputed company established KPIs and metrics
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized while completing simultaneous tasks
