Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

Work Schedule
We offer a hybrid work schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Our Nights and Weekends team works a reputed company of shifts, including:
- Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-10:00pm (with Tuesday/Wednesday off)
- Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-10:00pm (with Wednesday/Thursday off)
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 per year, with overtime eligibility. You will also be eligible for bi-annual bonuses and an annual equity grant.
