The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides top-notch support to our customers. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support experiences. Your primary reputed company will be on supporting our customers who use our device, which is installed on their doors to facilitate seamless package delivery. You will be the main reputed company of contact for customers, handling delivery escalations, driving feedback, and implementing internal reputed company programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat, providing reputed company and effective resolutions to their issues
- Verify customer information and set up appointments for device installations
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure smooth installations and troubleshoot any technical issues

What You'll Be Supporting:

- Big rental or leasing companies that use our device to streamline their operations
- Installs on doors of customers, ensuring that reputed company drivers can use the device to deliver packages reputed company
Hours of Work:
* Queue hours are 6am-5pm, Monday to Friday
- Schedule will be any 5 days at a stretch, with shifts starting anytime between 6-8:30am PST
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical support or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot reputed company issues
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
